OUR WHYS

A HUMANIZED APPROACH TO INVESTING & LEADERSHIP IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

We've talked to thousands of investors and executives over the past three years. Most agree that it's never been harder – or more important – to help leaders stay attuned to themselves and their companies to keep stakeholders aligned and motivated. “Quiet quitting” and the Great Resignation reinforced low morale and burnout. Inflation, economic uncertainty, and distributed teams amplify the need for greater empathy, professional intimacy, leadership presence, and effective communication.

YESTERDAY'S TECHNIQUES WILL NOT SOLVE TOMORROW'S CHALLENGES.

In this new era, non-financial measures are a powerful leading indicator of financial measures; leaders can boost market value by focusing on assets not accounted for on their financial statements. In fact, companies that prioritize leadership development are 1.5X more likely to emerge as market leaders and have a 13X higher likelihood of outperforming competitors. Those same companies also enjoy up to 3X higher employee retention and engagement than competitors. Incorporating coaching has shown a remarkable ROI of up to 700%.*

RESILIENT LEADERSHIP IMPROVES BOTTOM LINES AND LIVES.

The pandemic’s impact made clear the future of work is about more than enabling technology, flexible offices, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. It highlighted the emphasis we must place on withstanding and recovering quickly from difficulties, intentional growth in the hearts and minds of leaders, wellbeing of our employees, and corporate alignment, both operational and cultural – if we’re to convert early success into lasting relevance.
